FAQs
What’s your minimum order?
+
Our digital transfer print technology means we can produce garments in minimums of just 5pcs. Minimums for digital sublimation printing and embroidery are around 20 garments and for silkscreen around 100 garments.
What is your lead-time?
+
Our in-house printed garments can be produced in a matter of days if required, so if you have an imminent deadline, get in touch with our sales team. For regular orders printed domestically, 1-2 weeks is a good guide. Our digitally sublimation printed range of garments is bespoke made, so allow around 5 weeks for these. For bulk orders where cost is a key factor, we have overseas manufacturing and partnerships with road and sea freight forwarders to produce a garment within your budget. So if you need a container load of gear, contact our sales team with your requirement.
What format is best for the artwork?
+
Ideally we would like your artwork in vector format with all fonts converted to paths or turned to outlines. Adobe Illustrator is best either .ai or .eps But don’t worry if you are unsure here; just send us what you have and our designers will advise on the best method to proceed. Generally though, the better the image, the better the final result.
Do you provide garments cut for women?
+
Yes, virtually all our garments are available in both men’s and women’s cut. It’s only items like caps and hi-viz vests that are unisex.
How do your sizes compare?
+
Our t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, and jackets are available in a whole range of sizes to fit most people. Our sportswear specific gear, such as running vests and cycle shirts, are generally cut to fit the more athletic body. Our size guide gives some good information, but if you are at all unsure, please contact our sales team for advice. We don’t want you with boxes of gear left over!
Can I see a visual of the garment before I place my order?
+
Send us your requirements and we’ll do a FREE design visual showing the garments with your logos. There’s no charge and no obligation to buy. You’ll be able to see and approve all the colours, logos, and positions clearly before you approve any order. Our designers will work with you to produce the best quality and value for money proposition that’s within your budget.
Can delivery of my order be split between dates and destinations?
+
Sometimes it’s better to order in larger amounts to achieve the design or budget you require. But we appreciate you may not always have the space to store 100 big boxes of t-shirts! So we are happy to arrange consignment shipping of your gear to different places and at different times.
Is embroidery or print better?
+
Every type of embellishment has its pros and cons. Take a look at our logo guide, or contact our experienced sales team who will be happy to give their advice.
How do I pay for my order and when is payment due?
+
For orders less than £1000, full payment is required once the order is placed. We’ll send you a Sales Order detailing the amount. Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer, but we also accept credit card payments if this is more convenient. For orders over £1000, there is the option of paying a 50% deposit once the order is placed, with the balance due before delivery.
What’s your maximum order?
+
We don’t have a maximum order! We have overseas manufacturing and partnerships with road and sea freight forwarders to produce larger orders within your budget. So if you need a container load of gear, contact our sales team with your requirement.
Can I see some sample garments before I buy?
+
Yes, we have packs of samples available for you to try. You can keep them for as long as you need to make your decision, although please note that we do normally require them to be returned. We are happy to arrange a meeting at a time and place convenient to you to discuss your requirement further.
